We offer sessions for every level, and each class is capped at 12 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

Women’s Training Club

Our women’s training club is a female only class specifically designed to help ladies transition from machines & pump classes to using free weights. It’s an environment where you can dare to do something new and brave and not have the fear for failing.
